- Each Caroling Boat is a private charter for groups of up to 12 people – this is not a per-person rate.

Groups exceeding the 12-person capacity will be turned away at check-in, starting with the 13th person, to prioritize safety for your group.

Please reach out to Makayla before hand if you or your group requires a ramp for accessible entry so we can have that prepared for your arrival!

Boats are assigned on a rolling basis. You cannot choose your boat; whichever one is next in the queue will be yours to board. Rest assured – every boat is uniquely decorated with festive lights and holiday bling to bring cheer to your experience!

IMPORTANT MUSIC POLICY – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- The boat's speakers will only play music from the official holiday caroling USB and provided songbooks.

Bluetooth usage is NOT allowed under any circumstance.
Personal USBs are also NOT permitted without approval. Please send your playlist to Makayla Robles at makayla.robles@visitsanantonio.com if you would like to bring your own USB or have song suggestions for our new caroling book being curated in Summer 2025!

All carolers are expected to actively sing along during their ride.
- This new regulation ensures a joyful, consistent caroling experience for everyone – thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Each boat includes: a professional driver, a curated holiday USB playlist, and printed songbooks. (USB and songbooks stay onboard for others to use.)
- Caroling sessions last approximately 1 hour. Late arrivals will shorten your ride time.
- Larger groups can book multiple boats for the same time slot if available.
- Festive attire is highly encouraged!
- Check-in and boat departure are located at the river level of the International Building: 203 S. St. Mary’s St., San Antonio, TX 78205
- Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Be sure to plan extra time for parking, walking, and check-in.
- We DO NOT validate parking.

- After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full event Guidelines and Boat Rider Waiver forms.
- You are more than welcome to sign waivers with your group upon arrival. Please account for extra time for this.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Be sure to include your confirmation number and phone number in the message.
Cancellations will not be accepted by phone and will not be processed without a written email request.
Refunds are based on the timing of your cancellation:
- If you cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled date, a $25 service charge will be deducted from your refund.
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before your scheduled date, a $50 service charge will be deducted from your refund.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before your scheduled date, no refund will be issued.
